We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening and Weekend Care Professional to join our team in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. As a vital member of our care organization, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients during evening and weekend hours.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide support for continence care when needed
- Help with morning and evening routines
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing linens
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed
- Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or outings
- Stimulate and encourage clients through various activities and hobbies
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by the care plan
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
