Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of high-quality, non-medical care and companionship services for older adults. We are recruiting part-time Care Assistants across Pewsey (SN9) and East Wiltshire, including Pewsey, Marlborough, Devizes, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for those seeking a regular part-time position or to supplement their income, with rotas built around your preferred regular availability.
Care Assistant RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
- Meal preparation and support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Pet care and assistance with social outings and appointments
Part-time hours based on your preferred regular availability. Regular clients to support continuity of care, including paid introductions to clients before you start care visits. Rotas planned up to 6 weeks ahead. Availability to work every other weekend is essential.
£12.70 per hour upon completion of the Care Certificate, with opportunities for pay progression based on the level of care delivered. Paid travel time. Mileage allowance of 45p per mile. Full training provided – no previous care experience required.
