Job Description
This part-time home care position is focused on providing care, home help, and companionship to older adults in their homes in the morning, a crucial time for many older people trying to get up and ready for the day.
Key Responsibilities of the Home Carer:
- Assist with morning routines, preparing breakfast, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Provide personal care assistance, helping clients get up and out of bed with dignity and respect.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility to ensure client safety.
Qualifications
