- Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care
- Good communicationskills and ability to build trust with clients and families
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel between clients’ homes - driving licence with access to your own car needed for home visits, groceryshoppingand taking clients out to appointments and fun outings
- Happy to follow instructions, care plans, and procedures
