Key responsibilities of a Night Care Assistant:
- Night-time reassurance: Providing a calming presence for clients who may feel anxious confused or lonely during the night.
- Bedtime and morning routines: Assisting with evening winding-down (undressing washing) and helping the client start their day with dignity in the morning.
- Personal care: Supporting with bathroom visits and personal hygiene throughout the night ensuring the clients comfort and skin integrity.
