Job Description
Role Purpose: With successfully already growing two offices in Telford, the Community Engagement Lead will play a key role in launching and growing Home Instead's presence across their new territory in South Shropshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare professionals, community groups, charities, and businesses.
- Identify and attend local events, expos, and networking groups to promote Home Instead's brand and services.
- Implement a territory specific business development plan aligned with Home Instead's growth objectives.
- Represent the business at community events, delivering presentations or talks where appropriate.
- Monitor and report on networking outcomes, client leads, and partnerships established.
Qualifications
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in sales, networking, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable:
- Experience working with older people or in the health and social care sector.
