We are recruiting part-time Care Assistants across Marlborough, including Pewsey, Devizes, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for those seeking a regular part-time position or to supplement their income, with rotas built around your preferred regular availability.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity. Care Assistant duties include:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
  • Meal preparation and support
  • Medication assistance
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Pet care and assistance with social outings and appointments

Part-Time Working Hours

Part-time hours based on your preferred regular availability. Regular clients to support continuity of care, including paid introductions to clients before you start care visits. Availability to work every other weekend is essential.

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.50 - £15.00ph
  • Paid travel time
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
  • 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
  • Pension scheme
  • Full training provided – no previous care experience required
