We are a locally owned business with our office in the heart of Hove. Our mission is to help older adults remain connected to the communities they've cherished for years while continuing to live independently in their own homes in Brighton, Hove and Shoreham. We believe that our care is outstanding and as we grow, the leadership and care team requires additional support to maintain our excellent standards.
Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham are seeking an experienced carer and administrator as a Weekend Field Supervisor to support clients and carers in the community and office. The role will be based from home, the office and 'in the field'.
Core hours will be over the weekend:- Available to answer the on-call phone, address any alerts and provide support visits; 7am-9pm on Saturday and Sunday
- 4pm-9pm Friday evening
- 7am-10am Monday morning
Office based handover meeting on Monday and Friday. Introduce and brief new Care Professionals on visits. Audit client visit notes, monitor care plans and carer feedback. Act as a core part of the central support system.
Pay rate: £15/hourQualifications:
- Experience in care provision to the highest standard
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance
- Live in and be familiar with the Brighton area
- The Right to Work in UK
- Clear security checks
