Overview
In this role you provide in-home support to a gentleman in Kingston, helping him maintain activity and independence. You will accompany mobility-impaired days, assist with daily living tasks, and offer companionship to improve quality of life. You’ll support meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and errands, while facilitating safe outings and activities. The position involves transitioning from live-in to hourly care, contributing to consistent, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
