Overview
In this role you will develop and supervise Care Professionals to ensure high-quality in-home care. You will work within a team aligned to our mission of brightening seniors’ lives and supporting business growth. The position combines hands-on care with leadership development, coaching peers, and preparing for progression into a supervisory path. You will engage in weekend on-call duties and contribute to a culture of exceptional care.

Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach Care Professionals to develop quality care practices
- Provide client support with a supervisory focus
- Participate in weekend on-call duties on a 1 in 5 rota
- Foster learning and development among care staff
- Contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality home care
Key requirements
- Full driving licence or access to own vehicle
- Experience in delivering quality care services
- Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals
- Flexibility in duties and weekend on-call availability
- Prior study or formal qualifications in Health & Social Care are advantageous but not required
