As a Live-In Carer with Home Instead, you will live with a client in their home for 2 weeks at a time, providing round-the-clock care and support. You will assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, companionship, and household duties. After your 2-week shift, you will have 2 weeks off., * Provide personal care (e.g., assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming)

Administer or assist with medication in line with the care plan

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required

Offer companionship and emotional support

Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

Support clients with mobility and transfers
-
Keep accurate records of daily activities and changes in health

Communicate effectively with family members and the care team

Prior experience in a care role

A caring and compassionate nature
-
Ability to live in the client’s home for 2 weeks at a time

Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

A valid driver’s license

Eligibility to work in the UK
