Home Instead East Hampshire has added Live-In Care to our bespoke services, and we are looking for a pool of Live-In Carers who are available for a minimum two-week placement in and around the East Hampshire area. We are looking for individuals with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
As a Home Instead Live-In Carer, you will offer personalised one-on-one care for clients who need daily support and assistance with their everyday activities.
This could include, but not limited to:
Personal care- washing, bathing, dressing and toileting
Light housework- laundry, ironing, shopping, hoovering, meal preparations
Support with overall well-being and independence
Companionship
Accompanying to appointments / social activities
Palliative care
With us, you will receive three meals a day or an allowance from us, a separate room, and access to TV and Wi-Fi. We also provide comprehensive training, support, and assistance with travel costs and you will haveregular support calls and visits from the Live-in Care Supervisor.
Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with both families and professionals, and work well within a team
Reliability and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Due to the responsibilities associated with this role, candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
Candidates with a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle would be preferred for some placements, but not mandatory.
We do not offer sponsorship for this role at this time, so candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
