Job Description

We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants for clients in Bristol, Portishead, Nailsea and surrounding areas .
This role is a zero hour contract, designed to be flexible.

Your Role
As a Waking Night Care Assistant , you’ll be a reassuring presence for clients through the night, providing companionship, personal care, and support when needed. Duties may include:

Helping with a client’s bedtime routine

Offering assistance if they wake during the night

Preparing a light meal or drink if requested

Providing support with morning routines before your shift ends

What We’re Looking For

Kind, compassionate, and reliable

Driver with access to your own transport (car or motorcycle) — essential

Available to work every or alternate weekends

Experience in care welcome but not essential — full training provided

Right to work in the UK
