Job Description
We are looking for caring people to join our CAREGivers teamatour Coventry South Office. We offer support to our clients in several ways. This can include companionship, personal care, cooking a meal, support with shopping, or just a cup of tea and a chat reminiscing about life.
You do not need experience as we offer a comprehensive Training and Support package.We will match you to a client, based on your hobbiesand interests.
We will introduce you to your client on the first time of meeting.
We offer great rates of pay from£13.75 to £14.75 at weekends, and double pay for Bank Holidays.
Mileage and Pension contributions. Flexible working hours
Qualifications
You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a support worker, However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
