As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients remain independent in their own home including:

  • Companionship
  • General housekeeping
  • Non-medical personal care

You do not need any experience to become a Care Professional, however, you will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • No experience necessary, we just need you to care.
  • Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
  • Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
  • Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community.

Additional Information

  • Excellent rates of pay - £13.10 per hour
  • Mileage contribution up to 40p per mile
  • Visits of 1 hour or more with every client
  • Industry leading training throughout your time with Home Instead
