Job Description

We are recruiting for 2 permanent ambitious, driven and caring Home Care Assistants / Care Professionals for our successful office. Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington delivers exceptional quality, trusted care and support to adults living in the comfort of their own home. As a Home Care Assistant / Care Professional, you will be expected to promote all Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington\\\’s core values and beliefs in every aspect of your role. The roles will require full availability between 8am and 10pm on the days that you work.

  • 3 days per week (Mon-Fri) + alternate weekends – £23K per year + 20 days holiday (pro-rata)
  • 2 days per week (Mon-Fri) + alternate weekends – £16,500 per year + 20 days holiday (pro-rata)

Overtime may be available. You must live in the Borough of Bromley (or close to the Borough) and have a full driving license and your own vehicle (you may have to take clients to appointments).

  • Provide high-quality, unhurried care to adults in their own homes
  • Promote Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington\\\’s core values and beliefs
  • Be available between 8am and 10pm on your working days

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Live in the Borough of Bromley (or close to the Borough)
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
  • Experience as a Care Assistant or related roles is welcome
