We are looking for kind and caring people to join our caregiver team. We will match you with clients based on any similar interests or hobbies. Our award-winning training includes two Home Instead training days at our local training centre, client introductions with a care manager and up to 3 shadow visits with an established member of the team. At Home Instead we are looking for someone who can care for our clients in a balanced way, both companionship and assisting with all forms of person-centred care.
You’ll get to know who your clients are, what their sense of humour is like, along with what interests them.
Must have a full UK driving licence and use of your own car

Qualifications
Firstly, you don’t need experience, to us our perfect caregiver may be someone looking to start a new job with the best feel-good factor. You may be a person with experience working in a care setting or caring for a family member. We will provide you with all the training you will need, so you can go to each visit with confidence. All we ask is that you are passionate about caring for others and pride yourself on always being reliable and professional. The one thing our clients ask for is that you are happy to chat over a biscuit and a cuppa!
