Responsibilities
- Manage and support live-in clients and support the Head of Live in People Experience
- Complete consultations, assessments, care plans & risk assessments
- Maintain accurate digital records
- Carry out client reviews and follow-up actions
- Build relationships with clients, families & professionals
- Coordinate live-in introductions and handovers
- Promote services locally & online to grow client base
- Support recruitment and participate in on-call rota
- Participate in on-call duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience in live-in care or similar role (preferred)
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Passionate about person‑centred care
- Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role
- UK driving licence preferred and means of transport if required to visit clients within the territory
