Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Female Care Professional to join our team, providing outstanding home care across Calderdale, including Halifax, Brighouse, Elland, and parts of Huddersfield and Bradford.This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable and passionate about supporting others to live safely and independently in their own homes.Working Pattern:Evening shifts (finishing at 10:00pm)Morning Shifts (from 7.00am)Alternate weekends (full day availability required 7.00am - 10.00pm)Part-time and full-time opportunities availableYour responsibilities will include:Providing companionship and emotional supportAssisting with personal careSupporting clients with medicationPreparing meals and refreshmentsHelping with shopping and appointmentsLight household dutiesEncouraging independence and promoting wellbeingBuilding trusting relationships with clients and their familiesNo two days are the same but every day you'll make a meaningful difference in someone's life.QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who:Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle - essentialHave the right to work in the UKHave a kind, caring and compassionate natureAre reliable, professional and trustworthyHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious care experience is beneficial but not essential, as we provide full paid training and ongoing support.Additional InformationWhat We OfferCompetitive rates of payPaid training and ongoing developmentPaid mileageFlexible working hoursSupportive management team
