Client Description:
Female client is blind and has no diagnosis of dementia but can get confused with names and dates but is generally in good health. Needs help to do personal care and prepare meals, accompany to appointments, and walks to local café.
Placement is from the 18th of December to the 1st of January to cover the break but potential to continue from the 1st of January with the right fit for the client. Carer is provided with own room.
