Responsibilities:

  • Build enriching relationships with our clients through evening visits, offering companionship and a listening ear.

  • Create a homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

  • Help clients settle down for a peaceful night, sharing in leisure activities such as reading or watching favourite TV shows.

  • Assist clients with their night time routine so they are ready for bedtime.

  • No prior experience necessary; we offer the best in-house training.

  • Strong written and spoken English skills are required.

  • You must have reliable transport for home visits, shopping trips and various errands.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management are vital.

  • A genuine, caring nature is essential, with the ability to build trusting relationships., Home Instead is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.

Must be 18+ and have access to a reliable transportation.
