About the Role
As a Morning Care Assistant, you will help our clients start their day with confidence and comfort. You'll build meaningful, lasting relationships with regular clients and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in their homes.
Your morning responsibilities will include
- Assisting with morning routines and personal care
- Preparing nutritious breakfasts and assisting with medication
- Providing companionship, warm conversation, and reassurance
- Supporting clients with morning appointments, errands, or pet care
Working With Us
- Hours: Part-time morning shifts available between 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Pattern: Alternate weekends required (with a mid-week day off in lieu)
- Confidence from Day One: Paid client introductions are provided so you feel fully supported and familiar with your regular clients before starting independent visits.
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
- Travel Benefits: Paid travel time, paid waiting time, plus a 45p per mile allowance

Requirements
- A compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
- Availability to work morning shifts starting from 7:00 AM, including alternate weekends
- Access to reliable transport to travel between client homes across Pewsey, Marlborough, and Devizes
- No prior experience required-full training and ongoing mentorship provided!
Qualifications
What You'll Need
- A caring, dependable, and professional approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural nature of our client base)
- Right to work in the UK
An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
