Dedicated Morning to Afternoon Care Professional – Immediate Start – Cheshunt, Cuffley & Goffs Oak

Location: Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time – Fixed Morning to Afternoon Shifts
Salary: £12.75 – £13.50 per hour + bonuses + mileage allowance

About the Role:
We are urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Professional to provide dedicated morning to afternoon support for clients across Cheshunt, Cuffley, and Goffs Oak. If you\’re looking for a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults with complex care needs, this role is for you.

Shift Details:

• Morning to afternoon shifts, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (flexibility may be required)

• Work weekdays, weekends available on request

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

• Assisting with medication administration

• Supporting safe mobility and moving & handling

• Managing challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily living assistance

• Keeping accurate and timely care records

What We\’re Looking For:

• Experience in care roles such as Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant

• Confident in medication management and moving & handling techniques

• Skilled in supporting clients with challenging behaviour and complex health needs

• Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle (essential)

• Enhanced DBS check (Adult Workforce)

• Reliable, compassionate, and flexible team player

• Good spoken and written English
