Love people? Love your community? This is the job for you.

Are you the person who knows everyone, starts conversations easily and leaves people smiling? Can you turn a coffee morning, a community fair or a social media post into a real connection? We’d love to hear from you.

At Home Instead, we help older people across the Isle of Wight live happily and independently in their own homes. • Delivering friendly, informative talks on topics that matter to older people, such as dementia, fraud prevention, and nutrition and hydration
  • Bringing our social media to life with engaging, up-to-date content
  • Promoting both our care services and our career opportunities
  • Tracking enquiries and using the data to see what’s working and shape your plans
  • Working towards clear targets and seeing the impact of your efforts

What we’re looking for

  • A natural networker, confident face to face, on the phone, by email and on video calls
  • Experience of organising events and building relationships in a local community to achieve results
  • A good understanding of marketing, including managing social media
  • Comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes
  • Organised, self-motivated and happy to use your initiative
  • Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and happy to learn new systems (including a CRM)
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions
  • Flexible and resilient, ready to adapt to the needs of the business

  • Incentives for helping grow Home Instead
  • Lunch on us every Friday
  • Work directly with senior leadership and help shape where the business goes next
  • A role with real purpose: your work helps older people in your community get the support they need
  • Variety every day, with no two weeks the same
  • Freedom to bring your own ideas and creativity, including shaping our community projects and events
  • Supportive, friendly local team backed by a trusted national brand
