Home Instead is launching an exciting new role and we're looking for a passionate, people-focused Onboarding Care Coordinator (Care Pro Lead) to support new clients through the first 30 days of their care journey.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on care, client onboarding, mentoring, and relationship-building, helping clients and their families feel reassured, supported, and confident from the very start.

The Role
As the trusted face of Home Instead for new clients, you will:
- Support clients and their families throughout the first 30 days of care.
- Build strong relationships and confidence from the outset.
- Help establish routines and successfully implement personalised care plans.
- Ensure a smooth transition to their longer-term Care Professional team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to colleagues.
- Champion Home Instead's person-centred approach and high standards of care.
- Help reduce waiting times for new clients and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Care Professional with a proven track record of delivering outstanding person-centred care.
- Qualified in Health & Social Care (NVQ/QCF or equivalent).
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about supporting, coaching, and developing others.
- In possession of an Enhanced DBS check and the Right to Work in the UK.
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (where required).
