Home Instead Down & Lisburn covers Greater Belfast, Bangor, Newcastle, Castlewellan and Lisburn areas. We are currently looking for Care professionals who are passionate about care and want to make a difference to the lives of our older people. The 'Home Instead Way' includes personalised one-to-one care, visits at a minimum of an hour and an optimistic outlook on age. Our Care Professionals go above and beyond every day to make a positive difference to somebody's life.
Responsibilities:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping.
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
