We are looking for people with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of our clients' lives, to join our team in Bourne. As a CAREPro, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help support our clients to independently remain in their own homes. This role is for 7am-2pm with alternative weekends; if you can offer any other hours then please let us know.

Hourly rate of pay is £12.40ph weekdays between the hours of 7am-8pm and £12.50ph on weekends and after 8pm. On bank holidays, it is double pay at £24.20ph. You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREPro. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.

You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
