We are looking for a Care Team Leader / Trainer to support and line-manage our dedicated Care Professionals. This is a full-time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver new Care Professional Orientation Training
- Facilitate Home Instead's Dementia and End of Life Care training courses
- Support Care Professionals in the community and during on-call hours
- Be trained and qualified to deliver Medication Administration and Moving & Positioning support
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide the highest standard of care
