At Home Instead Aberdeen, we are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of Care Professionals in Aberdeen. Whether you are new to care or have experience, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you thrive in your role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Care Professional, you will provide 1-hour minimum visits, ensuring you have the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Home Help – Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
  • Companionship – Providing emotional support, conversation, and social interaction.
  • Personal Care – Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Meal Preparation – Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring hydration.
  • Dementia Care – Offering specialist support for individuals living with dementia.
  • Complex & Specialist Care – Supporting clients with specific needs, such as Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, or palliative care.

Each visit is dedicated one-on-one contact time, allowing you to truly focus on the individual's needs and deliver outstanding care without feeling rushed.
