We are currently seeking committed Care Professionals who reside in Alexandria, Balloch and Dumbarton areas. Due to the nature of our business, evening and weekend work is expected.

Duties can include:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments, social events or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same. We won’t lie, some days can be tough but the good days...they're really good! With minimum one hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

We’re looking for applicants with a kind, compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients. You must be a good communicator, organised, flexible and reliable with excellent time-keeping. Applicants ideally should have a driver’s license and access to a vehicle although other methods of transportation may be acceptable and given due consideration depending on the needs of the client and their location.

Qualifications

No qualifications are necessary as full training will be given.
