Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Travel to visit your regular clients and offer support according to their care plan and their wishes.
  • Engage in activities, support your client to continue their hobbies, maintain their independence, and maximise the quality of their lives.
  • Support with making meals and keeping the home clean and tidy.
  • Allow clients to maintain their dignity whilst assisting them with personal care tasks like getting changed, for those who require your assistance.

Qualifications: No qualifications required, as full induction training is provided with ongoing development and support.
