Job Description
Our Care Professionals are reliable and responsible to enable them to build trust with their clients. They are thoughtful and compassionate to treat others with dignity and respect. Importantly, they are able to share their heart and be themselves.
To help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes, your responsibilities may include:
- Companionship and wellbeing support.
- Aid with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework.
- Help to access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments.
- Assistance with personal care and medication support.
Qualifications
You don\’t need any specific qualifications or experience to become a Care Professional with Home Instead, you just need a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle to enable you to travel from client to client.
