The Care Companion role includes:

• Visiting regular clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with needs such as meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events, and trips out in the community.
• Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
• Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life.
• Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.

Care Professional Benefits:
