Our Care Professionals normally see the same clients week after week and all visits are a minimum of one hour. Supporting our carers is extremely important to us and we have a 5 Star Employer Award based solely on our carers\’ feedback. Also, we recently came within the top 20 of 2,300 Homecare providers in the West Midlands.
Job Description
The role of a Care Professional can vary day-to-day, which keeps it exciting.
Your role may include:
- Support with personal care
- Accompanying with shopping or appointments
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship
Qualifications
No formal training required as full training will be given. Some life experience, either working with older people as a paid job or unpaid looking after a family member would be advantageous. A current UK driving licence is preferred.
