Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
- Excellent pay rates – from £12.20to £13.30 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates
- Minimum 1 hour calls– so you have the time needed with client
- Training – fully paid award winning training and ongoing support.
Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications
Be caring, warm-hearted and have a compassionate nature.
Be perceptive and open to client need changes, responsive and intuitive.
Be a great listener, observant, have a positive attitude and be passionate to help others.
Be open to learn and gain new knowledge or grow existing skills.
Be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, able to remain calm and keep a cool head.
Have a full driving license & access to a vehicle so you can provide care to our clients in their own homes across our area.
