As a Care Assistant with us, the role will involve supporting people in their own homes across the Vale of White Horse & Swindon areas – helping them live their life to the fullest. The role will include supporting with personal care, preparing fresh meals and encouraging fluids, providing medication reminders and supporting with daily routines, light home help tasks and so much more!
