We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Porthcawl & Bridgend. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support in their daily activities.

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Accompany clients to appointments and social activities

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment

Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors

Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Availability to work every other weekend to ensure continuity of care
