As a Care Assistant at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Supporting with meal preparation and medication reminders

Helping with light housekeeping and errands

Providing companionship and emotional support

Promoting independence and dignity for each client

A genuine passion for caring and helping others

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided

Must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a DBS check

A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle
