We support clients with their social and emotional needs rather than just focussing on tasks, helping them enjoy their lives in their own homes where they wish to be.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people\\\’s lives? At Home Instead, we\\\’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team, providing the highest quality care to individuals in their own homes across Wadebridge and the surrounding villages.
What We Offer
- Quality Care Time: Our visits are at least 1 hour long, ensuring you have the time to provide the highest quality, relationship led care.
- Paid Travel Allowance: You\\\’ll earn £13.25 per hour for the time between scheduled visits, with no rushing between clients.
- Mileage Reimbursement: We pay 45p per mile after the first 10 miles each day.
- Comprehensive Training & Support:
- Classroom-based training and online courses.
- Shadow visits with experienced Care Professionals to build confidence and skills.
- Full support from our friendly and professional team.
- Guaranteed Contracts: Flexible work patterns are available: choose to work 2, 3, or 4 set days a week, plus every other weekend.
- Competitive Pay: £13.25 per hour. For example, working 30 hours a week could earn you £1,729 a month (plus mileage).
