Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for contracted, guaranteed hours? We are seeking new Care Assistants in the Witney area to join our team and support clients during our core times, ideally on a split shift (6:45am – 11:30am and 5pm – 9:45pm).
You will support existing clients and start new client packages, so confidence in supporting clients you haven\’t met before is essential.
We offer a guaranteed salary and any extra hours worked over your contract paid at Β£13.40 per hour.
The role involves assisting with daily routines such as washing, dressing, grooming, meal and medication preparation, supporting mobility and personal care, providing companionship and emotional support, monitoring wellbeing, and reporting concerns.
