Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bexhill, United Kingdom. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our organisation. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidatesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiationConduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managersUtilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networksMaintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate recordsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptionsProvide a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processConduct regular follow-ups with candidates and provide timely feedbackStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentAssist in organising and participating in job fairs and recruitment eventsContribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and proceduresQualificationsProven experience in recruitment or HR, with a track record of successful hiresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitabilityExcellent negotiation and time management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and dataKnowledge of UK employment laws and regulationsExperience with social media platforms for sourcing and employer brandingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)CIPD qualification (preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experienceAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced recruitment environmentAdditional InformationIf you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.
