Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead for overnight stays with our clients in the surrounding area of Ballyclare.
In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.
Job Description
- Provide personal care and practical support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Ensure clients feel safe, respected, and valued at all times.
- Report any changes in clients’ needs or wellbeing to the office team.
- Represent Home Instead with professionalism, empathy, and dedication.
