Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office are now seeking very reliable people to join our team of highly skilled and professional late afternoon and evening carer's. You will be working with our elderly clients in their own homes, assisting them prepare an evening meal, take their medication, and generally getting them ready for the coming evening and bedtime.
You'll follow the care plan, keep clear notes, keep the office and family updated, and raise any concerns quickly including safeguarding issues.
This role suits someone reliable, kind, and proud to deliver care with dignity and respect.
The role would suit someone who either wishes to add to the family income, someone who can only work when their partner returns home after their work day is over, or perhaps someone who is retired but looking for a way to keep busy and earn something extra to pay for those unexpected surprises that always seems to appear when least expected.
