The Role
This is an entry level position looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing and communications activity. This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for strengthening our local brand presence, increasing client enquiries, and supporting Care Professional recruitment through effective digital and community-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing and digital strategies aligned to business goals
- Manage all digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and databases
- Plan and deliver daily social media posts, campaigns, blogs, and case studies
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance using analytics and CRM systems
- Drive SEO, website traffic, and online visibility
- Produce newsletters, e-marketing campaigns, and direct mail activity
- Support community events, awareness campaigns, and business development activity
- Liaise with local media and external partners
- Work collaboratively with recruitment and community engagement teams
Essential Requirements
- Proven marketing experience with strong digital and social media expertise
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, analytics, and marketing databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident relationship builder, both in‑person and online
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently
