Make a Difference as a Support Worker with Home Instead SUR Group Across Scotland. Now recruiting dedicated Support Workers and Care Professionals across South Ayrshire, including Ayr, Troon and Prestwick.

Our Care Professionals and Support Workers offer compassionate support to clients with a wide range of needs, including autism, dementia, mental health challenges, physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and long-term health conditions. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. Whether you’re providing companionship, assisting with daily living tasks, or supporting wellbeing and confidence, your care will bring comfort and peace of mind to both clients and their families.
