Join Our Team as an every other weekend On-Call Supervisor! Earn £253.32 per month
Are you calm under pressure, great on the phone, and looking for a flexible role that makes a real difference? We’re on the lookout for a reliable On-Call Supervisor to support our emergency line for clients and care professionals.
What you’ll be doing:

Answering emergency calls with professionalism and care

Logging follow-ups and updates in our system

Adding medications to client records
-
Checking care professionals are logged into their calls
-
Responding quickly to emergency situations
-
Covering staff absence if it occurs whilst on-call
When you’ll be needed:

Every other weekend: Saturday 8am – Monday 8am (no overnight availability required)

One evening during the week: 5pm – 10pm, plus 6am – 8am the following morning

Occasional holiday cover when required
What we’re looking for:

Previous care experience is a plus (but not essential)
