Overview

Company Description Our mission is to expand the worlds capacity to care. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

The Trainee Scheduler is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for Clients and Care Professionals schedules. The Trainee Scheduler is expected to assist and support other staff members in order to provide the highest quality service to Clients and Care Professionals.

Responsibilities

Primary

  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Field new client enquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter information into the Home Instead software and print out service call form for handover to Deputy Care Manager
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both Clients and Care Professionals by regular informative and telephone QA contact
  • Coordinate Care Professionals schedules on a daily basis
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly Client schedules in Home Instead Software
  • Identify and report to Care Manager, Recruitment Coordinator
  • Take Care Professionals hours from timesheets and enter into Home Instead Software
  • Enter and maintain accurate Client and Care Professionals records in Home Instead Software
  • Process and mail initial service enquiry letter/brochure
  • Provide up to date hand over for out of hours cover
  • Participate in out of hours on-call management

Secondary

  • Field employment enquires from prospective Care Professionals and arrange for application process as needed
  • Assist Deputy Care Manager in completing Client Care Plans
  • Coordinate and maintain a complete Client Service Schedule
  • Participate in quarterly Care Professionals meetings

Compensation

Salary: £23,000
