At Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse, we are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to work evenings and support our clients living across Swindon, Highworth and Vale of White Horse areas with their end‑of‑day and bedtime routines. You will need to be flexible, caring, and adaptable and have a genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to those you visit. We can offer you contracted hours to give you the stability of income.

As a Senior Care Assistant with us, you will provide high quality care and the role will include:

  • Delivering personal care and supporting with medication
  • Ensuring clients have had a hot meal and fluids
  • Providing valuable companionship and conversation
  • Light home help tasks
  • Adapting quickly to different clients and environments
  • Potential to support with on‑call duties in the future

As a Senior Care Assistant with us we can offer you:

  • £13.30 – £14.30 per hour

What do we need from you? Ideally, you would have some experience in care and we would need you to be flexible and adaptable depending on client needs. We need you to be happy to cover our territory (Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas) and have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
