We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as Full Time & Part-Time Care Professionals. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing
- Support with meal preparation and dietary needs
- Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks
- Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions
- Monitor and report on client well-being
- A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for helping others

What We Offer- £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr)
- Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls
