We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Bradford-on-Avon, United Kingdom. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes and within the community.
- Assist clients with everyday activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication management
- Support clients in accessing community activities and pursuing their interests
- Help with domestic duties such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being both at home and in the community
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to deliver comprehensive care
